Bio:

I was 13 when I first became interested in the world of Pharmacy. I worked as a Saturday girl for the local co-op. Since then I have worked as a locum dispenser in hospital, retail and dispensary doctors.

I was dispensary manager for a local surgery for 9 years, been a board member for the DDA and worked as a trainer in retail Pharmacy and for a couple of drug companies.

In 2019 I qualified as an RP and started working with my first doctors surgery April 2020. From there I have gained experience, having passed 4 virtual and 3 face to face MHRA inspections, all with only minor deficiencies, rectified on the first submission. I have also trained 2 of my deputy RPs on site to take over as RP at their surgeries.

Bio:

I studied a business degree at Huddersfield University in 2017, gaining both a Bachelors (BaHons) and then Masters (MsC) awards by 2021. In 2024, I became a newly qualified MHRA RP, ready to approach new ventures and develop my network.

Over the last few years I have worked alongside Paula, to train as an RP; revising inspection processes, finding time-efficient solutions and learning invaluable on-site experience.Admin work has given me chance to understand the SOP's in detail and learn how to maintain online documentation to ensure it is easily accessible and understandable.

I enjoy spending my free time in my garden tending to my many many plants, and going to the Sunday car boot to find vintage goodies for my home.

Bio:

I went to the University of Leeds to study Environmental Science. During my time there, I spent a year in China teaching English to kindergarten children. I had to create a whole English language curriculum for 1-6yr old children whilst I was there, as well as track the progress of the entire school I worked at, as I was the sole English teacher.

This has prepared me for all the admin duties I undertake. I have also worked within a pharmacy environment and learned the importance of all the processes and systems in place.

I appreciate all the hard work our RPs put into Foxglove Dispensaries and the staff at each dispensary that works with us. I know just how difficult that work can be. I work part time at a local RAF Club behind the bar, so I am very prepared for anything that is associated with customer service and working with clients and committees.

I am excited about the work Foxglove does now and in the future and how we will continue to grow.
